In this Producer Special the Connoisseurs discuss the article on Oct. 2nd/23 from CBC Kitchener-Waterloo which reported on the newly knighted Jody Palubiski, CEO of the Charcoal Group owns Beertown, Wildcraft and The Bauer Kitchen among other restaurants here in Ontario and Canada. The Charcoal Group is one of the largest importers of Belgian beers in Canada.
Knighthood, in the order of beer, is granted to people ‘who have rendered loyal service to the brewing profession.
